The explosion, massive reach and impact of social media ensure that the good and bad word are spread like wildfire in the time it takes to type 140 characters! Social media MUST BE your friend – you can utilise social media platforms to develop relationships with your customers and potential customers, create personality and show that you really care and deal positively and proactively with the bad words as well as the good.
I will suggest ways to help you develop your business personality, build the right relationships on-line, as well as keep an eye on what’s being said on-line.
